Urban Decay 24/7 Arabic Inspired Look
New tutorial up today! It's an Arabic inspired look that I did using only the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils. I got the idea to use only the pencils for an entire eye look from gossmakeupartist. (Thanks, Wayne!) I hope you enjoy it!!
